ಆಧಾರ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಇದ್ದವರು ಕೂಡಲೆ ಈ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿ

ಕೆಲವು ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿಸಲು ಆಧಾರ್ ದೃಡಿಕರಣವನ್ನು ಅನುಮತಿಸಲು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಚಿಂತಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ನಡುವೆ ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ (ಮೀಟಿವೈ) ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದು ಅನೇಕ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ, ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಹಣವನ್ನು ವ್ಯರ್ಥ ಮಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗೆ, ಚಾಲನಾ ಪರವಾನಗಿ ನವೀಕರಣ, ವಾಹನ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರದ ವಿಳಾಸ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯವು ಆಧಾರ್ ದೃಡೀಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು, ವಾಹನ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರದ ವಿಳಾಸವನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಲು ಅಥವಾ ಪರವಾನಗಿಯನ್ನು ನವೀಕರಿಸಲು ಅಧಾರ್‌ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಆರ್‌ಟಿಒ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಖುದ್ದಾಗಿ ಹಾಜರಾಗಬೇಕಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಆಧಾರ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ, ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ನಕಲಿ ಕಾರು ಪರವಾನಗಿಗಳಿವೆ ಎಂದು ವಿವಿಧ ಸಮಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಪಗಳಿವೆ ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಆಧಾರ್ ದೃಡೀಕರಣ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಕಲಿ ಚಾಲನಾ ಪರವಾನಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಂತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಸುಲಭವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಚಿಂತಿಸಿದೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ.

In some cases, the central government is concerned about allowing Aadhaar authentication to deliver better government services. In between, the rules for this will be changed. The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MTY) has initiated the necessary steps in this regard. Government officials have been of the opinion that this will in many cases help people get better services and stop wasting government money.

For example, the driver’s license renewal, vehicle registration certificate change, etc., could be approved by the Ministry of Transport for Aadhaar authentication.

Aadhar is mandatory to apply, change the address of the vehicle registration certificate or renew the license, and the applicant no longer has to attend the RTO office in person. The government is concerned that the introduction of the Aadhaar authentication system will make it easier to identify and revoke duplicate driving licenses.
